Hi,
Create a filter that fires when the incident / problem is modified. If the ticket status in the transaction is different than the status in the db, have it push a new entry to the worklog form. See "Checking transaction versus database values" in the Workflow Objects Guide. I have a requirement to push the status field (eg breached, assigned, pending) to the Work Info every time the status changes on a ticket. What would be the best method? This was done by support staff previously and now they think its too much work :S. Any ideas? _attend WWRUG12 www.wwrug.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"_ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org attend wwrug12 www.wwrug12.com ARSList: "Where the Answers Are"
