Hi Guys,

I am facing the following error from only one user. I dont know how to
resolve this issue. PFB error message and please advice. This error message
is pop upping when the new ticket has been created.

Required Field Cannot be rest to null value
HPD: Help Desk Assigment LOG: Assigned Support Organization ARERR 326
Required field Cannot be reset to a Null Value
HPD: Help Desk Assigment LOG: Assigned Group ID ARERR 326
HPD: Help Desk Assigment LOG: Assigned Group ARERR 326
HPD: Help Desk Assigment LOG: Assigned Support Company ARERR 326



If i click the Ok button, i am getting the belwo error too.



The Value(s)  for this entry violate a unique index that has been definbed
for this form scehma:HPD:Help Desk,entry : INC00000012345, 2 unique
indexes, field 1000000161 179 (ARERR 382)



What action i need to perform to fix this issue.
