Dear Victor, I also faced same error and resolved it by following way -- Step 1 : Stop Mid-Tier tomcat service. Step 2 : Stop AR Service. Step 3 : Stop SSO tomcat service Step 4 : Start SSO tomcat Service. Step 5 : Wait for 3/4 minutes and then start AR Service. Step 6 : Wait again for 5 minutes and then start Mid-Tier tomcat service. Step 7 : Check by login with mid-tier URL include FQDN in URL.
The reason is to check CPU utilization gone significantly down before starting next service.
