Thanks for info -- I need to learn more about Kinetic products-- when I was using RemedyOnDemand (for 3 mo) at somewhere that shall be nameless (FINRA) there was no question of buying any 3rd party product--- in fact Management took a dim view of several user-friendly VB WindowsForm apps I developed (although the 'operators' loved them...)
