Hi, Allen - I'm surprised to hear your comments. Maybe something got mis-communicated when you were using it? Remedy OnDemand DOES allow both customizations and API access. As Aditya said, we're providing Remedy OnDemand to over 125 very successful customers. Maybe you were on it very early when we were more cautious about customizations (although we still allowed them)?
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with it; but anyone who is interested should talk with their account manager to learn current state.
