Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise ARS 8.1 ITSM 8.1 Oracle 11g Goal: Remedy People Records need to be in sync with Active Directory (AD) I successfully configured ARDBC Created Vendor form Created People Staging form Created Escalation to push AD data from Vendor form to Staging form Question – The last time I configured ARDBC, Remedy used the SHR:People form so AD data went from the Staging form to SHR:People. For 8.1, should Staging form data be pushed directly to the CTM:People?
