I'm not disputing when it started.  I'm simply pointing out that it still isn't 
fixed in 8.1 so that...

1.  Those upgrading are aware
2.  In hopes that this can be a lazy-man's bug ticket to BMC people who monitor 
this list

#2 appears to have been achieved.  We'll see if it is patched.
