AR System 7.6.4 / ITSM 7.6.4 Via Dev Studio, I added a field under the Work Info tab on the HPD:HelpDesk form in an overlay. The field is not showing up in MidTier after I cleared the cache and AR Server was restarted. Am I missing a step?
