Thanks for your reply.

I have checked the path of the log file that it is valid. I have also tried
viewing the file using putty (UNIX box) through that path. The log file is
visible there also, but with size 0!.

Could you please explain what you mean by 'viewing the file directly using
Internet explorer'?
