yep life could be much easier ... the fact is that i could download and paly with ITSM 7.0 and 7.1 but after that BMC somehow put more restrictions onto their product which is fair enough ... but there has been so many changes since then that i wonder how fast i could catch up ... anyway many thanks for your comments.
