I am having this same issue. I have done all that you have, along with modify the mid-tier config.properties file entries:
arsystem.nativereport.onscreen_max_entries=2000 arsystem.FileExport_max_entries=2000 I changed both to be 5000 and yet it still brought back only 2000 after a full system restart, including mid-tier. (Report from User tool reports on all 5000) I went into the System Admin console and found that under the Configuration tab the "Max Entries Returned By GetList" was set to 2000. I have changed it to 5000 and saved it. I cleared both browser and server cache but it will still only return 2000 records using the web. I then restarted both the app and midtier server. Sill the same. Where am I missing another setting?
