I think our collective argument about half-empty/half-full is not
about the undeniable improvements that have taken place in AP. They
are a fact. For Skip, me and others, is that we don't think the
current council has done enough or taken the right tack with the
waterfront development.
As to AP parks, I walk at night through Library Square each time I
am here. However, I have no worries because I have my 6 lb Yorkshire
Terrorist (Louie) with me for protection.
