Fortunately, we benefit from the AsciiDoc design here to rely on attributes for all generated text. Where AsciiDoc Py and Asciidoctor differ here is that AsciiDoc Py supports a configuration file to store attributes whereas Asciidoctor does not yet (see https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/issues/566).
