but i wonder how obvious this fascinating peice of information actually is. It 
makes so much sense... See ...when everybody from Bangladesh is jumping across  
into Assam and the neigbouring states, it is but only likely that their birth 
rate appears less.

And no wonder NE birth rate is so high ... !!!

To find out the actual birth rate of bangladesh, track the exponential growth 
rate change in Assam,
