as I have said, 
just look at the Census of India data: 
this tells the documented story of which state has 
a high birth rate and which does not. and look at 
independent research work on Bangladesh 
(my own, Bangladesh Institute for Development Studies-- 
yes, they do have good scholarship there!, 
the World Bank and UNDP to take a few). 
That explains in great detail the fertility rates, 
birth rates and mortality rates in Bangladesh 
and its districts over the decades.
 
Let us be very specific, logical and realisitic 
in this discussion. Otherwise it will get lost 
in personal details and the usual rhetoric.
