Well written by Mr Shantikam Hazarika! Now itself we find difficulties while young generations unaware of how many types of Bihu being celebrated and in which Assamese months???
70% doesnot know and netierh wanted to know as they live away from Assam. Hope Lachit,Gopinath Bordoloi or what today we do write here will go alongwith us only. AGP/AASU/ULFA etc ruined what was left over.The famous social system of Assam nowhere exist now. Wish wre could remake the great Xonar Axom Buranjee again. Dr.Bikash Kumar Das
