Ref: Your note of Sat, 23 Sep 2017 16:25:07 +0200 For compatibility with the previous mnemonic, the instruction PPNO is now effectively an extended mnemonic for PRNO. Extended mnemonics are not listed in Appendix B (which is just as well, as there are now a very large number of them).
A similar change has been done with VFLL (replacing VLDE) and VFLR (replacing VLED). (There are some cases where old names are still documented, such as AXTR/AXTRA and similar, where for HLASM purposes AXTR is now an extended mnemonics for AXTRA with a zero mask, but it is still considered a separate machine instruction for purposes of Appendix B).
