Our users got a CEO spoofing email from a Gmail address. One user replied,
whitelisting the gmail address. All is reported, now I just want to remove
the address from the whitelist.

I can't get the address out of the whitelist. I've got no idea why. I've
done stuff like this for more than a decade on a regular basis. Have I
gone mad, is something corrupted? I'm stuck.

I did a verify first and got:

scam...@gmail.com Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,@OurCharity.org personal Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,oneu...@ourcharity.org personal Whitelisted

Then I did a remove from the gui like this:

scam...@gmail.com
scam...@gmail.com,@OurCharity.org
scam...@gmail.com,oneu...@ourcharity.org

(I should have had scam...@gmail.com,* too, but I didn't)

I'm not sure what the result at the top was, but I did a verify of the
email address only and got:

scam...@gmail.com Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,@OurCharity.org personal Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,oneu...@ourcharity.org personal not Whitelisted

I can't seem to remove the address from the domain's personal whitelist,
nor from the global whitelist. In the GUI, if I do a remove of:

scam...@gmail.com,* (like the GUI says to do)

it says:

scam...@gmail.com removed from Whitelist (as I'd hoped),

However, another verify shows this again

scam...@gmail.com Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,@OurCharity.org personal Whitelisted
scam...@gmail.com,oneu...@ourcharity.org personal not Whitelisted

If I try removing scam...@gmail.com,@ourcharity.org it returns a message
that the address isn't whitelisted, but a verify gives the same verify 3
line reply above, with the not whitelisted line in red.

Guidance appreciated!
