I understand that bb.barracudacentral.org is freely available to all 
IP addresses, but the published b.barracudacentral.org is for 
registered users only. (Note 'b.' & 'bb.')

Spamcop have become much more reliable over the last year, and I have 
been using them with much higher confidence.
