right; the "bb" is "open to anyone" while the "b" is only available to registered users; yet I find the "bb" quite reliable/effective since that, together with spamhaus, spamcop and manitu will catch most surefire spam > Spamcop have become much more reliable over the last year, and > I have been using them with much higher confidence.
