That may happen in case they didn't use opt-in for subscription
and/or if they have bad/wrong/invalid email addresses sitting
inside their address lists ... or even spamtraps addresses, see,
grabbing email addresses from webpages isn't exactly a good
idea, you may end up sending mails to a spamtrap and getting
listed on DNSBLs :D for some example, have a look here
