Well... they get "feeds" from a bunch of different sources and.. yes,
sounds like (in a past) they had loosy communications and ended
up with quite some issues (same happened with spamcop btw)

Yeah; afaik the "bounce" issue was fixed although they didn't totally
correct it <<sigh>> at any rate, in several "realities" the "barracuda"
DNSBL is working ok (for me)
