terms clarifications

Hello,

What do all these terms mean to you? Here is an example of their usage. I am
specially confused about ACD because it has a very variable and high value.

ASR:60%
PDD:2-4 seconds
ACD: 14mins
Capacity: DS3 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
