I haven't used any other Canadian IAX providers so I have nothing to compare but I have never received the kind of support Unlimitel supplies for any kind of service, period. I noticed this as well. They took a week to refund me for a DID i accidentally purchased. Ther Customer service sucks, but there aren't many choices when it comes to IAX Canadian Providers.
