Andrew,
I didn't really care about the money but the fact that they didn't have the service and were simply lying bothered me. Their support guy give me stupid responces everytime I e-mailed them. After a month of wait time (for DID to activate) and then another week I was able to get the money back. I wrote to the guy that either he would refund it or the credit card company will deal with him. Only then he was quick to refund. Link2Voip is SCAM.
