Does anyone have a western canada DID from link2voip .......... if you
do can I have its npa-nxx-xx.

I noticed this as well.

They took a week to refund me for a DID i accidentally purchased.

Ther Customer service sucks, but there aren't many choices when it
comes to IAX Canadian Providers.
