Well, it's official... People hate the automated attendant. A client received a bunch of complaints that they think the voicemail system doesn't sound professional.
I looked into it and it appears they're complaining about the fact that the user hadn't recorded her voicemail greetings. Anyways, the greeting is now recorded, but the "automated attendant" kicks in after the greeting... Is there a way to eliminate the automated attendant from kicking in after the personalized voicemail greeting? Customer wants her gone. Any quick solutions... else, I'll just tell him that's the way it works. Regards, Chuck
