Alex,

He may not be using FreePBX, it might just be vanilla Asterisk (or it
could be realtime). Also, backing up via FreePBX doesn't grab the entire
disk like Rich wants. What about the rest of the config on the system
(firewall settings, user accounts, system settings, etc.)?

You don't have to ghost. backup the setting and restore it from
FreePBX. That's it.
