I've used Mondo (www.mondorescue.org) and Acronis True Image
(www.acronis.com) to make images of my Asterisk boxes. One is GPL and
they other is commercial software.
Is this just a one time deal, or will you be making regular images or
backups - I believe that Acronis can make incremental backups, but
haven't used this functionality.
As mentioned already, there are also a number of other methods of
getting the data onto a drive. I found the manual methods (dd, tar, etc)
to work, but to be more complex.
