Just to confirm, I've been able to get a hold of Voicenetworks president. ALL is ok now and he took immediate measures to rectify the situation. Apparently his staff had left before the disaster and he along with his night shift was scheduled to return at the office during the time.... but was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control.
