Unfortunately, it's just my home line, so letting it ring, just makes them call 
back later. So now when I get a spoofed CID I just answer "Pizza Pizza!".

I know Bell Canada used to use this CID for a line test in the 7 digit
days.  I think you could dial your 999+your number + hook flash +
hangup.  You would get a return call within seconds, with this CID.

I spoof my own CID on my voip circuit to that of my POTS line though.  I
figure this is fair and legal.

I agree though, spoofed 000-000-0000 and 123-456-7890 is a p.i.a. - so I
just have route that sends those to a S.I.T. tone.
