I will tell you this - I'd be willing to pay for one.
Seriously though - if someone out there was willing to write and support (in a limited fashion, with possibilities for consulting and customization) I would be more than willing to put forth any support, initial specifications, hosting, money, etc.
I don't know about a central gui, AstLinux should be able to handle this on it's own.
Any ideas?
