Ditto. I want the customer to be able to add new extensions, reset 
voicemail passwords, and other common tasks without calling me. FreePBX 
has its detractors, but it hits the 80% of common usage quite nicely 
(and possibly higher).

I don't need detailed call logs, the operator panel is nice but not 
necessary. Web voicemail access is very nice, but also not necessary 
initially.

I'm happy to chip $100 into a bounty pot to make some of this happen.
