I believe A1 in Austria has recently called upon people to test this...
and technically telco's are allready doing this here in Belgium... Versatel Adsl, Scarlet Adsl, Telenet Isp ... but they give away locked cable/adsl modems (speedtouch 7xx) so you can't change it to your asterisk :-(
