that is how the talkback kb works android has tons of accessible aps and
developers are willin to fix problems with that when ya ask
I got my droid for free, an iphone is too dang expensive.
way too expensive.
Android is the way to go. If more blind folks use it and write developers we
can make more stuff accessible. Not to mention some blind people code stuff for
android so there ya go.
Yeah, the built in email and browser arent accessible but there are
alternatives.
Basically try it see how it goes.
Whatever ya do listen to this, you aint gotta pay for somethin that takes out
using most of the aps from android. there are free things out there that are
better than mobile accessibility in the fact that a they are free and b they do
just as good. Yeah you cant move by element with ideal web reader but it will
let ya use the web. texting is fine. its easy to do.
There are aps that make things fun and exciting to use.
when i find an ap i would love to see help on accessibility work with, i write
the developer.
Usually there is an accessible program to match the inaccessible ones.
the facebook and twitter aps could be more accessible, but i use them pretty
dang well.
some buttons on the skype ap need labeling but its usable dont make calls
unless you are on wi-fi it wont work, but hey most of the stuff does.

Lots more apps, but Not as many accessible apps. At least that's my
understanding. I text and E-mail with my iphone on the screen all the time.
Try it before you give up. Works better if you turn on touch typing mode.
Then when you raise your finger, it types.

  Hi all;

I am in the market for a new cell phone. I love the I phone but I liked to
text and email and I feel that I would need a key board at all times. I heard
the droid at least some have key boards. Does the droid offer as many
accessible apps as the I phone there are so many.
