I am not demanding any constraints. In fact, I've stated many times that
a constraint forbidding hierachical collections should NOT be included
in the core. What I want you to do is demonstrate why an *existing
constraint* should be lifted. The door is *currently shut*; so long as
the door is not welded shut, why should we open it as opposed to simply
leaving it closed.
