@Luel, Yep, I remember Giacomo's items were sort of the first major stat boosts with no down sides, as well as having some other uses.
I've found the Hentai comic and it's mentioned in the topic that the yoga guide is possible to get elsewhere, but I don't know if an alternative for getting the other items has been added to the game yet, or if that's yet to be included, but everything else seems to be there from what I've gathered.
