I don't know exactly how the Rothwells are constructed. Are the
resistors easily swappable? If they are soldered in (which seems
likely), and you are confident that you can change them, then it would
be just as easy to work out the values you need and put them into the
XLR plugs in your cables. And that way it will only cost you pennies.
(The Rothwells seem very expensive to me, although I am sure they are
well built).
