Have you started with the most important things? In my opinion the most important contributions to good sound are contact treatment and sorting out the layout of the wiring. I spent lots of money on upgrades before realizing that deteriating contacts and hooking up too much stuff to the amps were killing the sound. (Each upgrade normally leads to mucking about with the contacts, which gives a cleaning effect, and removing som stuff, at least while evaluating.) -- P Floding ------------------------------------------------------------------------ P Floding's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2932 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=28256 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
