Hi!

You have some kind of problem specific to your home network.
I don't see what Slim Devices can do about it, or should have done
about it? If my memory serves me right their documentation does discuss
various potential problems, and their software provides diagnostics
tools. Can you ask for more?

One solution would be to pay for a computer/network expert to take a
look at the system.
