Erm ... quite. The worlds economy would come to an overnight halt
if "bad bits" were as common as that! Fortunately the computers that
control the worlds economy (ie those belonging to banks and governments
and the internet)don't spend too much time orbiting above the
stratosphere where cosmic ray densities are somewhat more of a problem.
