I owned three TacT preamps, which are audiophile versions of the Behringer units. IMO, adding external digital processing and another component is guaranteed to limit sound quality in other areas besides frequency response.
If your FR issues are enormous AND correctable by DSP, the benefits might outweigh the problems. Inguz works within the mystical realm your bits already live it - the computer. It's a Very Steep learning curve to get it figured out and it's difficult to get a handle on what's happening with it since there's no graphic interface. So, convenience-wise it's not good. Performance will be much better however. If you have FR problems, try the Inguz semi-parametric EQ.
