No! - my TACT works only on the bits - it has no ADC or DAC in
it...basically its just an algorithm running on a computer that happens
to be sitting between my transport (SB3) and my DAC.

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...

...SB3+TACT+Altmann+MF DACXV3/Linn tri-amped Aktiv 5.1 system and some
very expensive cables ;o)
