Well, I personnally feel that the use of Inguz (in my system) as a negative impact on the sound. It does reduce the gain, but even when I compensate that in the analog domain (at the preamp stage) the overall result is not as good (even without applying any room correction or EQ) compared to a straigth WAV streaming. Lacks of dynamics, loss of micro-informations and musicality. But, on some music, what it brings in postive (in particular in the bass and in clarity of the voices) far over-compensates the negative impact... -- Chinanico ____________________________________________________________________________________ CEC TL51X / SB3 > Audiomat Maestro > Jeff Rowland Concentra 2 > System Audio SA2K ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Chinanico's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12794 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40023 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
