Not only that, but......

Many years ago, we had the unfortunate opportunity to "measure" one of
these jitter fixin' devices.

I have never seen a piece of electronics knock every VHF channel off
the air on the TV we keep in the shop for just that reason. (Now that
TV is going digital, and most modern TVs have "blue screen" for blank
channels, well, another story for another day.) Anyway, it was the
worst RFI generator any of us had ever encountered. Maybe the brand you
reference is not anywhere near as bad. But in any case, it is highly
unlikely that the clock that comes out of it is much of any improvement
over what goes in.

Even if it is, you still have to deal with the recovered SPDIF clock in
the Transporter.

Jitter fixer? No. Jitter modifier? Yes.
