What's your listening room like? Carpets, drapes, lots of soft furniture etc. can make a big difference and help decrease brightness. And depending on the dispersion characteristics of those speakers, room placement could matter quite a bit as well.
Otherwise you might experiment with the inguz audio plugin. You can use it to equalize the high end down a little.
