At least partially - I also found that the noise was loudest on intermediate settings. And also that it was much louder in one channel (I think the left) than the other. But I'm surprised it's so far down - it was pretty easy to hear on medium volume with a silent track. Then again, my system is active and quad-amped, so maybe it's more sensitve to noise than most. Still looking forward to that TacT bypass test!
