The Power Regenerator measures input and output voltage, voltage differential and input and output Total Harmonic distortion. I have also my own meter and had previously used another device to monitor my AC as I had concerns about its variablity.
If you look at page one of this thread the first entry really says it all and my experience certainly backs him up.
