Before I try Toslink from my SB Receiver, is anyone able to advise about the SBR optical output.
I have a Lavry DA-10 DAC. According to Dan Lavry the DAC jitter correction capabilities are equally good using Coax or optical inputs. If this is true the main influence on sound quality (if any) is likely to be the quality of the SBR coax or optical outputs. So, which is better - the SBR coax or optical output? Not a simple question to answer I'm sure and yes, I know, it's something I should try for myself.
