I guess one thing that I might add, and I'm not up on dac's is that you
love the sound of your sb3.  Well the touch is supposed to be even
better and then like you said you could use the touch and sb3 in
different rooms.  No brainer isn't it? You could start in the endless
audiophile system and always think it could be better but if you really
are happy then just go with the touch.
